David Milner, M.D. , Administrator.

Dr. Milner was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he received his medical degree.  He practiced medicine in Israel and completed his residency and fellowship at Harvard University in Boston. 

As a physician for over forty years, he brings unsurpassed professionalism and compassion in his role as Administrator and Medical Advisor to Jewish Family Home Care.

Patricia Feldman, R.N. , Director of Nursing, has been with JFHC since 1996.

Born in Maybrook, NY, Pat received her degree from Albany Medical Center School of Nursing and has been in health care for many years, specializing in home health for more than 25 years. Pat was the Director of Nursing for Park Summit before joining JFHC.

Judy Roher, Manager of Human Resources, joined JFHC in 1997. Born in Wisconsin and educated at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Florida, Judy worked for 25 years as a social worker for Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care in Toronto, Canada. Judy speaks Hebrew, German and Yiddish, and is the daughter of Holocaust survivors.

Rita Milner, Director of Quality Assurance, was born in London, England and educated in Argentina. Rita spent time in Israel working for the United States embassy. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and speaks Spanish, Hebrew, German, Yiddish and "a little" French. Rita joined JFHC in 1997, and is the daughter of Holocaust survivors.

Denise Zenker, Intake Coordinator, is a native of Queens, NY., who began working for JFHC part time. Several years ago she became our full time Intake Coordinator.

Katie Dym, Quality Assurance, was born in Boston and educated in South Florida. With a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Katie speaks Spanish (with a Boston accent). and has been with JFHC since 2002.

Tamila (Mila) Milshteyn, Bookkeeper,

immigrated to the United States from the Ukraine with her husband and son in 1996, and joined JFHC in 1997. A very knowledgeable bookkeeper, she was an accountant in her homeland.

Tena Swiller, Insurance Billing Coordinator. Born in New York city, Tena moved to Florida in 1982.  She joined the JFHC team in 2005.  She has many years of medical office management experience.

Shura Fatakhova, Scheduling Coordinator, came to JFHC in 1997, when she, and her family immigrated to the United States from Samarkand  in the former USSR. Shura was a physician in her homeland, and in December 2003, became a U.S. citizen. Shura speaks Russian, Farsi and Uzbek.

Susan Gottesman, Scheduling Coordinator, is a Florida native who has lived in many different areas of Florida and Georgia. . She has been with JFHC since May 1999.

Jackie Rothman, Receptionist. A native of "The Bronx", Jackie, and her family moved to Florida in 1984. Jackie joined the JFHC staff in February 2005. She has many years of office management experience.

Rabbi Michael Gold, has been our rabbinical advisor since 2004.  The Rabbi for Congregation Beth Torah in Tamarac, Florida, is adding a new dimension in our ability to serve our clients and our community.
